Hatha Alignment & Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow YOGA will start with our Surya Namaskar A and B. The class will always include the option to deepen your practice with advanced techniques or remain where you feel comfortable. We link our breath to each movement keeping a mindful flow from start to finish. This practice is for those Yogi’s that like to get moving, listen to music and fully become present in your mind and body.
Hatha Flow & Align aka BadAss Yoga
I created this class after my time in India where I began to focus my practice with a strong base of Hatha (Sun & Moon). We begin with our sun salutation and incorporate the moon salutation throughout the flow. I focus on holding the poses longer so you can get deeper into the benefits each will bring, ensuring your personal alignments is on point. We end the class with pranayama and mantra to dive into the central nervous system, unclogging the nadis to help you to begin moving with more ease and freedom throughout your day.
